Enjoyed my stay. Love the fact that you have workout equipment in the room that I stayed. Didn't use, but for the future, nice to know. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were cozy. Definitely higher end sheets and I appreciate that very much.

Unprofessional Staff and subpar rooms. But the beds are comfortable and the soap is good quality. If you're contemplating to pay more than $100 USD per night, don't do it. This hotel is absolutely not worth $200+ per night. A/C systems are old and the floor will turn your bare feet black. The onsite laundry appliances are also about 30 years old and will burn your clothes because the dryer doesn't tumble. Overkilling the air freshener in the lobby doesn't mask the stankiness of the unhelpful staff. There is much better value elsewhere. *The male at the front desk was somewhat helpful and so was the onsite manager after multiple complaints were submitted. Every other front desk employee shouldn't be working in hospitality.

Clean place and modern decor. Reception area was very nice and people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The Breakfast included was very good, sit down and order off menu, not a buffet.

Be Aware! Our reservation was cancelled without any notification from the hotel! Despite making a reservation well in advance and receiving a confirmation, the hotel unexpectedly canceled our booking without providing any prior notice. We followed up twice with reservations and we were assured each time that we had a reservation. Less than 24 hours before arriving, we are now given the option to rebook at a rate of $460 / night. Our previous reservation was at $189 / night. Attempts to resolve the matter with the hotel proved futile, as they refused to reinstate the original reservation or adjust the rate for the existing booking. I feel it's crucial for potential guests to be aware of these issues, so I am sharing this review in the hope that others can make informed decisions about their stay at this hotel. Apparently, your confirmation number means nothing. We are scrambling to find another hotel nearby for my daughters Lacrosse tournament.
